We are proud to partner with Franklin Land Trust in presenting a two-part webinar series dedicated to capturing images of the wildlife around us! On Wednesday March 10th Trustees of the Reservations Conservation Restriction Program Manager and CR Wildlife Cam’s wildlife camera expert Sally Naser will share some of her wonderful images from cameras across the state. In addition, she’ll offer advice for the aspiring wildlife camera photographer, including what to look for in a camera, siting recommendations, and more.
The following evening, contemporary artist Elizabeth Whelan will lead an introductory lesson on wildlife illustration, using images taken by Naser’s cameras as models. Her focus will be on the skills needed to quickly capture the details of wildlife when viewed in their natural habitat. Pre-registration to the webinar is required, and can be found at here.
This program is supported in part by grants from the Plainfield Cultural Council, the Ashfield Cultural Council, and the Conway Cultural Council, local agencies which are supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
