Join award-winning author and certified forest therapy guide, Nadine Mazzola, for a conversation about the practice of forest bathing. This practice, also known as forest therapy, is not only about slowing down and using our senses to notice and interact with nature, but also reconnecting with our relationship to the land, ourselves, and each other.
The presentation will be interactive using a conversation style with an experiential portion and a handout to take with you. Nadine’s book, Forest Bathing with your Dog, combines the practice of forest therapy with dog walking and elevates the depth and meaning of both. This presentation will cover forest bathing as a practice to do on your own, with your dog, or in a group with family and friends.
