What does an Eastern Tailed-blue, a Baltimore Checkerspot, and a Red Admiral have in common? They are all butterflies that can be found in the beautiful fields of the Bullitt Reservation in July!
Join librarian Mike Kelly and local naturalist John Body on July 16th at 10:30 at the Bullitt Reservation. We will first view Lepidoptera (butterfly) and entomological (insect) books from Amherst College’s rare book collection, then we will hit the trail in search of some of the creatures we saw in the books!
